Any Nintendo Wii'ers out there?

hands down the best new game system you can buy.

forget the ultra-highend graphics, being part of the game is where it's at.

we've had one for a couple months now and even my wife loves to play all the games we have for it.. bsom's thread about d&d reminded me of something...you know how many jw's will watch lord of the rings but will spurn harry potter due to the witchcraft portrayed?

We've got one (no kids here). We LOVE it!!! I'm hooked on the boxing. Must say that it is quite a workout and relives much frustration!

We also have Rayman's Raving Rabbids and it's lots of fun too. The dance games on it are very challenging.

It's a great system for entertaining. Try getting liquored up and playing a few rounds of the bowling. A good time!

if there has already been mention of it, i'm sorry, i've been afk off and on quite a bit the last month or so and have missed a lot of threads.. this is one of those hard to categorize movies.

I enjoyed the film as well. I also had my eyes covered for many parts of it. It reminded me of "Life Is Beautiful", the Roberto Benigni film from a few years ago. Similar idea of fantasy being used to escape horrid atrocities. Pan's is a visually stunning film. I'd recommend it.

i have sent bits of pieces of my story to several christian ministries, and they want to know more.

Innovators In Music - Jan Garbarek....

okay, i know that i bleat on endlessly about the 'copyist' rot that is imho infecting music of all varieties this past couple of decades, so i will resist and rise above my inclinations.. here is one of the most exhilirating innovators in modern jazz music marrying jazz and a pakistani raga in a way that takes the breath away.

his name is jan garbarek and the pakistani singer is ustad fateh ali khan.
